Purpose of Notice

1. This notice is issued pursuant to the requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) to all individuals who communicate with us, submit information to us, sign up for a service or product offered by us. Weyrdworks may update this Personal Data Protection Policy from time to time without prior notice to ensure that this Personal Data Protection Policy is consistent with the operation of Weyrdworks and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements.

During the course of its dealings with you, Weyrdworks processes your personal data which includes, but is not limited to your identification number, telephone number(s), preferences, mailing address, email address, gaming habits, payment details, and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.

5. when you enter into any agreement or provide other documentation in respect of your interactions with us, or

6. when you use our services: when you interact with our staff;

7. when you respond to our promotions, initiatives or to any request for additional Personal Data;

8. when you submit an employment application or lyour resume in connection with any appointment;

9. when your images are captured by us via CCTV cameras or videos;

10. when you are contacted by, and respond to, our marketing representatives and customer service officers;

11. when we seek information about you and receive your Personal Data in connection with your relalionship with us; and/or

12. when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.

13. If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party, by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data.

14. If the Personal Data requesled is to ensure efficient provision of our services, then it would be obligatory for you to provide that information. Farlure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

6. The personal data is collected for, amongst others, the following purposes.

7. If you are a prospective, current or former patient or customer of Weyrdworks —

   1. providing customer service and support:
   2. administering and processing your requests;
   3. personalizing your experience at Weyrdworks and conducting market research, understanding and analyzing player behavior, preferences, and demographics to improve our game offerings;
   4. managing in-game events and competitions;
   5. engaging with third-party game developers, platforms, and/or distribution channels in relation to the delivery of our services (including by providing them with access to gameplay data and analytics);
   6. if you use internet applications, including social media and communication tools for online registration and to facilitate the broader delivery of our services to you;
   7. managing debt recovery and debt management; and/or
   8. purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid;

8. If you are an employee, officer or owner of an external service provider or vendor outsourced or prospected by Weyrdworks:

   1. assessing your organization's suitability as an external service provider or vendor for Weyrdworks;
   2. managing project tenders and quotations, processing orders or managing the supply of goods and services;
   3. creating and maintaining profiles of our service providers and vendors in our system database;
   4. processing and payment of vendor invoices and bills; and/or
   5. purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid.

9. If you submit an application to us as a candidate for employment

   1. conducting interviews;
   2. processing your applicalion;
   3. obtaining references for background screening:
   4. assessing your sultabilily for the position;
   5. enrolling successful candidates as our employees and facilitating human resource planning and management, and/or
   6. purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid.

10. If you are an existing employee of Weyrdworks:

    1. providing remuneration, reviewing salaries and bonuses, staff appraisals as well as recognizing individuals for their services;
    2. staff orientation and entry processing;
    3. administrative and support processes;
    4. compiling and publishing internal directories and emergency contact lists for business continuity;
    5. ensuring that the administrative and business operations of Weyrdworks function in a secure, efficient and effective manner (including examining any computer software and/or hardware, your work emails and personal digital and storage devices);
    6. compliance with any applicable rules, laws and regulations or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities; and/or
    7. any other purposes relating to any of the above.
